Tenant Find Only Service – 1 Months Rent (plus VAT) subject to a minimum fee of £720 including VAT

Rent Collection Service – A marketing and set up charge of £360.00 plus a monthly service charge of 12% (including Vat) of the received rent throughout the period the property is tenanted.

Fully Managed Service – A marketing and set up charge of £360.00 plus a monthly service charge of 14.4% (including VAT) of the received rent throughout the period the property is tenanted.

Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance – 3% (plus VAT) of the monthly rent throughout the period the property is tenanted.

Comprehensive Inventory – £180

Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate – £132

Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate with Service – £185

Registering the Deposit – £102

Additional Property Inspections – £90

Court Appearance – Free (not available for Tenant Find Only Service)

Cancellation of a Managed or Rent Collection Contract with Tenant in Situ – 1 month’s rent

Deposit Dispute Resolution – Free

Processing of Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance Claims – Free (only on policies taken out through Lamborn and Hill)
